+It is possible to write a $\mt{let}$ expression with its constituents in reverse order, along the lines of Haskell's \cd{where}.  An expression $\mt{let} \; e \; \mt{where} \; ed^* \; \mt{end}$ desugars to $\mt{let} \; ed^* \; \mt{in} \; e \; \mt{end}$.
